Altamisa: also known as feverfew, contains a compound called parthenolide, which help to ease muscle spasms and reduce inflammation.

Piperine: is a compound in black pepper that boosts altamisa and absorption by up to 2,000 % to have a better pain relief effect.

Cinnamomum: cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid, both of which have antioxidant properties, help inhibit cell damage caused by free radicals. They both offer a cumulative anti-inflammatory effect over the course of the day.

Please, try to avoid sugar, refined carbohydrates, purine (red meat) and fast food for the anti-inflammatory to have a better effect.
