Altamisa: also known as feverfew, contains a compound called parthenolide, which help to ease muscle spasms and reduce inflammation.

Piperine: is a compound in black pepper that boosts altamisa and absorption by up to 2,000 % to have a better pain relief effect.

Butterbur: taking butterbur by mouth prevents migraine headache. Using a specific extract from the butterbur root over 16 weeks reduces the number and severity of migraine headaches as well as the length of time they last. This butterbur extract reduces the number of migraine headaches by almost half.

Peppermint: is a popular traditional remedy for a number of conditions. It is believed to have calming effects. It is used to treat nausea, depression-related anxiety, muscle and nerve pain.

Astaxanthin: fights inflammation and in turn, migraine attacks.
